Vesna Stojkovic

My professional career started at a young age. While all my friends were travelling post high-school and other ones are partying, I got busy climbing the career ladder. The focus of my entire existence became learning administrative skills and supporting executives.  

 

My passion for research, the fine detail in things and catering to the needs of others very quickly got me into a role of an Office Coordinator where I supported up to 12 Account Executives, answered a 12 line meridian phone system and completed payroll for up to 200+ temp employees on a weekly basis.

 

Needless to say, this was only the start for me.  With the support of a great mentor and manager and two promotions later my career took off supporting directors, professionals and executives over the next ten years. During those ten years I held roles such as:

 

• ​Office Coordinator 

• Payroll Administrator 

• Administrative Assistant 

• Recruitment Specialist

• Human Resource Advisor

 

I was mentored by the best in their respective fields and I had the pleasure of working for great companies such as: AppleOne Employment Services, CitiFinancial and the Forzani Group.

 

Eventually I became very skilled at understanding the particular needs of each of the executives I supported and passionate about attending to their individual needs, I decided to leave the corporate world and cater to the needs of busy professionals - full time. Since 2010, I have successfully and happily been freelancing as a Virtual/ Personal Assistant/ Lifestyle Manager.

 

As a life long learner, I am currently enrolled in my last year of working towards a Human Resources Management Diploma and studying Social Media for Public Relations.  All the while, I am happily managing the lives of busy professionals throughout Toronto. Never a dull moment!
